For our Client, leading multinational firm in the Luxury Industry, we are looking for a:

Worldwide Digital Product Content Specialist
OVERVIEW: The Worldwide Digital Product Content Specialist will be primarily responsible for obtaining product images and translations. This role also requires supporting e-commerce regions on a daily basis to meet product launch deadlines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Partner with the regional e-commerce teams to create/update product assortments (new collections, special collections) for all categories on each site.
Set up regional product assortments in the CMS each season and make sure all styles are associated to appropriate gender, categories and sub-categories.
Liase with the Photo Studio to acquire assets and ensure that collections are launched with the highest possible completion rate.
Provide weekly/monthly updates on image and look status to all e-commerce regions and Digital Merchandising until all collection images are delivered.
Coordinate with central e-commerce buying team to troubleshoot missing image issues and offer suggestions on how to obtain all images.
Act as the lead with the translation agency to have copy translated and imported into the CMS in a timely manner. Collaborate with regions to ensure that quality of translations is brand appropriate.
Take part in overall site updates including QA process and CMS enhancements.
Create and maintain Content Management System training manual.
Utilize Google Analytics to offer suggestions and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced knowledge of Excel, proficient in Word and Powerpoint
Detail-oriented, problem solver, strong multi-tasking ability
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
2 years experience preferred
Luxury brand/retail preferred
