For an Italian fashion/luxury company, we are looking for a
WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE with accounting skills.

The candidate should have 1/2 years of experience in the same role in fashion/luxury companies.


Main responsibilities:
Ability to multi-task in busy, deadline oriented office environment as well as staying on task independently.
Stay organized and on task with information coming in a number of ways.
Microsoft Office experience Outlook at an advanced level.

Duties Anticipated
Accurate on-line entry of customer orders via phone, email, and fax
Prompt completion of shipping orders by daily deadline accurate communication
Maintain an open and cooperative relationship with customers and team members at every level of the organization.
Accurate and efficient handling of customers' questions, returns, and credit adjustments.
Contact customers via email and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Exhibits flexibility, patience, teamwork, motivation and an upbeat attitude toward all customers and changes in the day-to-day operation of the business.
Act as the customers advocate by providing exceptional service with every encounter.
Open Schedule flexibility to cover vacations and holidays as requested.
Accounting duties: invoices, credits Etc.
