Imperial Brands, for its own Italian branch, Imperial Tobacco Italia, is looking for

Trade Operations Specialist

Tasks:

- Develop and manage, in cooperation with the Trade Operations Supervisor, ITG initiatives aimed to reinforce the Business partnership with the retailers
- Manage ITG Trade Loyalty programs
- Implement the monitoring process of Trade Programme objectives and Advocacy initiatives
- Support the Trade Operations Supervisor in the definition, implementation and follow up of Cycle planning, including: Budget setting Objective setting Preparation of sales force briefing
- Identify sales force portfolio and territories to cover
- Analyze and monitor trade incentive budget spending vs plan and provide alerts and suggest corrective actions when needed
- Monitor, follow-up and analyze Customer and Shopper activities implemented by ITG vs KPI and identify and suggest corrective actions
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of POS furniture
- Ensure the ''on the field'' monitoring of the activities of the plans, and maintain ongoing feedback flow from retailers
- Generate and evaluate new ideas, proposals and alternative tools in terms of Customer Engagement and Shopper Activation
- Monitor Customer and Shopper activities implemented by our competitors and in other FMCG business
- Manage the relationship with external agencies
- Support Trade Operations Supervisor to manager relationship with third parts, wholesalers and distributors
- Budget management
- Prepare presentation for top management and business review.

Requirements:
- University Degree preferably economics, statistics and engineering
- 3 Experience in trade marketing functions in FMCG companies (preferably in multinational companies)
- 2 Experience as market/sales analyst
- Good analytical skills, Data management and segmentation methods
- Rational thinking and commercial approach
- Accountable, Collaborative, Strategic, Focused, Responsive
- Advanced PC user (Excel, MS Office, Power Point)
- Fluent English (spoken, written)
