On behalf of our client we are looking for a:

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Trade & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing a consistent and robust approach to managing the route(s) to market for the Vape stores and tobacconist businesses developing, planning and executing Trade activities in both Tobacconist and Vape stores channels.
He/She will define a clear and aligned strategy across both channels and build strong relationships with key stakeholders enable markets to deliver their targets. Whilst responding to changes and opportunities in RTS & Third Party development to inform the future strategy, vision and planning.

Develop Route to Market Strategy for both channels:
- Identify existing RTM flows
- Review commercial levers for each Trade channels
- Review market conditions impacting RTM (e.g. legislation)

Manage Route to Market for both channels:
- Review RTM strategy and plan
- Review KPIs set for RTM
- Determine if targets are met
- Identify root cause of issue
- Identify actions to address and optimisation opportunities.

Manage Third Parties for Vape store channel:
- Define third party business plan
- Review performance against set KPIs
- Determine if targets are met
- Evaluate effectiveness of third party
- Identify root cause of issue
- Identify actions to address and optimisation opportunities
- Discuss performance and actions to address with third party.

Manager Trade Marketing for tobacconist channel:
- Trade marketing strategy
- Gain and share in depth knowledge of customer and shopping needs and habits
- Manage the Cycle planning process, ensuring effective coordination with Brand and Activation Manager
as well as Sales Force and Trade Operation teams
- Drive coordination among Marketing, Trade Operation and Fieldforce
- Ensure on the field monitoring of the Trade and Shopper activities plan
- Monitor Trade and Shopper activities implemented by our competitors and in other FMCG business to
propose new ideas and solutions
- Preparation of reports to present trade plans and their monitoring.
Required Knowledge
- We look for someone who has experience in similar roles in other FMCG company
- Master degree (BS/MBA) with 3-8 years in Business, Marketing or related experience
- Expertise in Trade segmentation, RTM definition and trade marketing
- Strong understanding of consumers' trends and insights
- Fluent in English is Mandatory
- Skill Base should include strong communication, detail orientation, organization, and ability to work with
all levels of management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
