Wère looking for a Temporary Financial Planning&Analysis Manager.
Mission: Lead the Company's annual budgeting process, periodic financial forecast, variance analysis and special projects, consolidating numbers coming from her/his team and from the team in charge of other therapeutic areas.

Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, new investment opportunities and other projects requested by senior management.

Act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making.

Key responsibilities and major duties:
- Financial Planning&Reporting
- Run the planning&reporting cycles, with calendars aligned to Corporate guidelines:
- Manage the annual budget in collaboration with the CFO, department managers and senior leadership
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts analyzing sales wins and losses, cost of sales and timing and estimates of different expenses.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics, developing dashboard charts and key performance ratios and analytic reports to help measure alignment with overall company goals.
- Perform variance analysis to budget and forecast.
- Identify actions to improve financial performances.
- Propose and participate in improvements to the overall company planning&reporting models&processes, maximizing the use of above market teams.
- Execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Monthly Business Update, working with Business Units Directors and with Commercial Analytics to understand the operating trends and the business units' monthly performances.
- Assist Business Unit Directors to analyze financial and operational information, to support the analysis of Business Units' performances.
- Assist Business Unit Directors in preparing business cases to support business decisions.
- Assist Business Unit Directors in identifying strengths/ weaknesses and recommends improvements in methods and processes.
- Assist the other Finance department with any financial data necessary to support other activities (e.g. statutory / tax tasks, governance & controls, etc.)
- Propose and participate in improvements to the overall company business support models&processes, maximizing the use of the above market teams.

Other responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
- Perform any other assignments delegated by the CFO, or additional duties as requested.
- Continuously seek more efficient ways to perform his/her job and streamline processes.
- Supports the CFO in the implementation of the Finance Line of Sight, in collaboration with the other Finance Heads of Department.

People management:
- Manage the process of people development and performance evaluation, providing periodic feedback, coaching and empowerment in order to promote professional growth and career.
- Identify people development plans and ensure their implementation.
- Provide technical and managerial training to manage people according to their capacity and growth potential.
- Coordinate / prioritize people activities in order to facilitate objectives achievement.
- Take action and motivate people in line with BMS Behaviors.


The ideal candidate has large experience in the field of Financial Planning&Reporting better in a Multinational corporation.
