Leader company in the ho.re.ca sector fast growing its business accross Europe, is currently looking for a Project Sales Manager, reporting to the General Manager of the Italian Branch:

Main tasks/skills:
- Work autonomously to search new accounts for large projects and visit existing customers
- Promotes and sells actively in order to reach the defined budget within a defined time frame
- Knowledge of the products in terms of features-advantages-benefits and transmits these to his contact people within the collective catering and banqueting sector
- Provides to the board on annual base a budget (including periodical forecast on request) which reflects the strategies of development of the company and permits the achievement of the company s predefined objectives
- Collects information on market trends and competitor s activities
- Evaluate customers existing situation and provides the best commercial solution in order to meet company s target within customers need by offering the most appropriate quality-price ratio solution
- Does field visits to new potential end users and offers feed back on equipment planning and investment solution
- Making use of specialists and sub-contractors when needed and monitor to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Participates to association meetings and events to create contacts and participate to fairs that the company attends, inviting potential customers and stakeholders in accordance with the management
- Provides full quotations of planned system solutions or single equipments
- Cooperates with the Service Manager to organize installations and service maintenance of equipments installed.


Personal skills:

- Be commercially minded, well organized, a good networker, with the ability to listen, influence and inspire trust
- Excellent communication skills methodical approach
- Well experienced and introduced within the Ho.Re.Ca. sector in the specific field of collective catering and banqueting.
- Dynamic, flexible and able to work in an international environment
- Available to frequent professional travels
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of German will be a plus
