Our customer is a multinational group active in the field of R&D and production of standard and customized products for several industrial applications.
To enforce its Technical Service European structure we are currently looking for the following profile:

TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER

The position has the mission to define and deploy across Europe Region end to end innovative services concerning the range of products provided for Automation and Automotive industries, thus supporting Business Development in generating profit through services sell.

More in detail, the role has the following main responsibility:

- Manage development and implementation of new Services and review of existing Services
- Lead internal and external promotion of Services, defining trainings and comm materials
- Contribute to strategy definition (positioning, portfolio, Tools, communication)
- External services providers selection and proper management of selected third party partners, balancing quality and costs.
- Grant proper deployment and administration of Services across the Region (documentation, purchasing, invoicing,.) and analysis of relevant management data
- Monitoring competitors and market trends as well as collecting feedback from business partners to ensure the offering of best in class Services.
- Drive Customer Quality Complaints resolution related to Technical Services.
- Provide to Sales/Mktg functions relevant information on any potential sales opportunity identified.

The role properly manages stakeholders on Global Level (x-functional alignment and communication).
Requirements: University Degree, preferably in Engineering, full command of English language, availability to professional travels, strategic thinking, excellent problem solving, organizational e communication skills, reliability, ability to work in multicultural and cross functional environments, good data analysis skills. The knowledge of SAP is a plus, as well as Contract management skills and customer facing experience.
Superior communication skills (written and verbal), good presentation skills and Good Market Awareness complete the desired profile.
