Our customer is a prestigious international industrial company, leader in its reference sector and operating in the design, production and sales of special machinery. With a view to increasing its staff resources, we were tasked with selecting the:

Technical Service Coordinator - Europe

Responsibility:

- Interfacing with the Product Management, R&D, Engineering and Production departments, he/she will have to analyze the range of technical assistance services, with the aim of identifying innovative solutions, both referred to the improvement / implementation-product part, and referred to the content of the service contracts in terms of opportunities, defining the best strategies to increase the degree of customer satisfaction, anticipating the possible scenarios related to the needs of the customers themselves.

- Implementation, analysis and development of Action Plans related to the assistance service.Take care of the reporting and analysis of KPIs

- Being a facilitator for what concerns the coordination of the activities of the team and the needs for the continuous training of the team.

- He/She will therefore have to be able to motivate and grow the skills of resources, being an example for the achievement of the defined and shared objectives

- He/She needs to maximise opportunities for revenue generation through service fees, licence fees, maintenance charges, spares parts prices and packages, depot repair prices and offer, etc.

- He/She will also interface with the sales team to analyse customer RFPs and help create compelling commercial and technical responses and offers.

Requirements:

- Technical Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Solid and multi-year experience in the role, gained within complex and international business
contexts, preferably in the sector of special machinery or automation.
- High technical skills, in electro-mechanics / automation
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and strong Commercial Orientation
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Strong orientation towards innovation, keen sensitivity in understanding and meeting customer
needs, proactivity and resourcefulness complete the profile.
