TALENT MANAGEMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST - Rome

The candidate will be responsible for supporting human resource on Talent Management processes, aligning with Group's policies and strategies, guaranteeing internal customers satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Activities:

- Drive the growth and development activities of employees, supporting the Line Managers in defining and planning initiatives to identify and develop talents
- Creation of talent pools and reviews, identification of individual career plans, driving succession planning, performance management, competence management and employee survey processes
- Support Managers for processes implementation in cooperation with the HRPB.
- Support management of job mobility process across the entire organization, in line with business needs, compliant to company policies and local legal regulations, contributing to the optimization of human resources
- Contribute to identify and propose innovative and engaging Talent Management methodologies

Skills:

The ideal candidate has a degree in economics, work psychology or communication/training sciences and has a 5-7 year experience in a similar role, in multinational companies. He/She has a knowledge of the main HR processes, with a particular focus on the Talent Management processes.
