STORE MANAGER

for the luxury boutique opening on September 2017 in Amsterdam.

Operating in 30 countries around the world, the brand is distributed in all major fashion capitals (Milan, Paris, New York, London ...).
The Italian tradition is expressed by the perfect balance between style and quality of the product, mainly geared to the sophisticated and refined woman, modern and simple.


The perfect candidate has experience in a similar role in the Luxury Goods sector, preferably in boutique belonging to the luxury brands.
We are looking for someone who knows how to approach situations in a positive and enterprising way, who knows how to convey a sense of well-being and confidence through verbal and nonverbal communication both to the team and customers in the boutique.
She must make sure that the sales activity is carried on coherently
with the principles and corporate values, reaching revenue goals required, by providing the necessary guidelines to the team. In addition to demonstrate knowledge of the product by presenting it to the customer, as she represents the first vendor, must be able to provide the right alternative to the customers.


The Store Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the following activities:

- Internal management

- welcoming the client and customer care

- Customer loyalty and brand promotion in the sales phase

- Support the staff

- Control and management of the boutique

- Achieve the budget of the store

- Managing internal resources

- VIP Client management and Top Spender

- Taking care of the store



Requirements: fluency in English and Dutch. Other languages will be a plus good standing, dynamism, optimism and flexibility, excellent communication skills and customer focus.
