We are looking for Software Project Leader inside the Product Development Department.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage SW project activities across all project phases

• Effort and cost estimation
• Plan, monitor, control and support the SW project working with the ASPICE development framework.
• Responsible for the successful execution of all tasks of software development implementing an Agile approach
• Change and Problem resolution management

• Customer interfacing       

• Technical Customer Interface
• Attend customer project meetings and reviews
• SW deliveries compliant to customer milestones

• Project team supporting  

• Lead the software development team
• Coordinate and support the technical problems solutions on sw matters
• Attend and support design and project reviews
• Interface with R&D stakeholders, Quality, PMO and Sales

• Project status reporting and escalation  
  • Report status for software development projects to management and project team.
  • Perform risk management for the software development project.
  • Escalate the major issues to management

• Supporting the acquisition the new business      

• SW technical interface to the customer and internal stakeholders during RFI/RFQ phases
• Prepare and provide information for technical quotation

• Automotive communication busses (eg. CAN, LIN, FlexRay)

Qualifications: Master in Computer sciences or Software Engineering or equivalent

Professional Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience with software project management in embedded SW (preferably Automotive, Aerospace).
• Strong experience in Embedded SW development C/C++ and with embedded systems.

Languages:

English fluent (written and spoken), additional language is preferred, German or French is a plus.
