Social Channels and PR Supervisor

The Social Channels and PR Supervisor will play a key role in delivering blùs vision for compelling brand experiences. Reportimg to Digital Marketing Manager, the Social Channels and PR Supervisor will develop and execute blùs annual direct to consumer communication plans through social and PR Digital. In the role, he/she will be responsible for blùs owned social channels, using brand and/or user generated content to drive consumer engagement and following. The role will need to work cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders, and external agencies, ensuring all social and paid media plans are connected and amplified across blùs annual marketing plans. The Social Channels and PR Supervisor will be responsible for the continued review and refinement of blu direct to consumer communication plans, ensuring they are delivering against the agreed KPìs and budget.

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Manage the delivery of blùs annual direct to consumer communication plan, working cross-functionally to deliver relevant brand stories and experiences.
- Manage blùs social media channels, developing and delivering compelling brand or/or user generated content that drives consumer engagement while building social channel following.
- Work within the Brand Activation team to identify and execute brand or influencer partnerships to further amplify blùs social media presence and following.
- Work cross functionally with the Digital team and the media agency(s), to execute performance based media campaigns that deliver highly engaged leads to blùs owned Digital properties.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure post campaign engagement is maintained across digital, CRM live event activation, in Retail and within Customer service.
- Continuously review and appraise new Social channels and media partners, adjusting and strengthening blùs approach to delivering compelling brand experiences.
- Develop and deliver regular business reports providing clear recommendation for both short-term and long-term improvements to the direct to consumer communication plans.
- Develop and track the annual direct to consumer communication plan budget and KPìs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 3 years of relevant experience in a consumer marketing or Social/Media agency role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Track record of performance driving effective, efficient and performance based social and paid media plans
- Appreciation of consumer behaviours and experience delivering marketing programs in an omni-channel category
- Ability to problem solve while also seeing and appreciating the finer details of execution
- Creative thinker with demonstrated ability to drive ideas while working cross-functionally.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and comfort developing and delivering plan reviews
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Agility to operate in an end-to-end business environment (flexibility, embracing change, comfortable with ambiguity)
- Innovation mindset (able to find creative and pragmatic ways to deliver results, identify consumer/shopper insights)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
