Senior Sales Effectiveness & Analysis Specialist, Europe
This position will be based in one of our main HUB in Ratingen
Key Responsibilities:

Change Management
'' Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
'' Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
'' Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
'' Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
'' Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

CRM Subject Matter Expert
'' Supports the business and country champion team in their ongoing CRM skill development.
'' Maintains an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration and process
'' Design and serves as subject matter expert to the local super users for CRM problem resolution.
'' Acts as backup for Lead Super Users of other businesses.
'' Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.
'' Leads and supports key aspects of CRM system implementation, and monitors performance and user adoption
'' Sales Analysis, Sales Force Sizing and commissions schemes
'' Support the internal stakeholder in the sizing and geographic allocation of the Field Force in the territory,
'' Support the internal stakeholder in the development of planning and methods aimed at measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
'' Participate in the drawing up of Field Force incentive schemes, supervising the process of periodic calculation of the incentives and quota setting

Qualification: Degree in statistics, economics or sciences

Professional experience: Preferably prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department

Language skills: excellent command of English

IT skills:
'' knowledge of Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
'' knowledge of the main statistical analysis software ( Minitab/SPSS)
'' knowledge of the main sales and market research data analysis applications


Functional and behavioural skills :
'' Expertise in statistics applied to data analysis
'' Expertise in process assessment and the main optimisation methods (Six Sigma, Lean)
'' Project Management and team-working skills/training skills

Location: Dusseldorf, Ratingen.
