Our client, based in Genova, is looking a dynamic Senior Organization Developer to join the HR team.

Available for frequent international Business trips (up to 30/40 ), will be hired with an RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing) contract.

Core responsibilities:

- Contribute to the definition, evolution, and maintenance of the Company organizational structure and relevant roles and mandates in alignment with Company strategy
- Support the identification and design of the Company development strategy development programs
- Support the strategy definition and the design, implementation and maintenance of the company competence management model and system (GJS) in alignment with Company strategy and coherently with organizational guidelines, principles and evolutions
- Support all development process related to the Management Review
- Support the proper alignment of project team structure with both the organizational structure and the Company related processes
- Contribute the definition, implementation and maintenance of the competence evaluation process and ensure its effectiveness at a global level
- Contribute the definition and the implementation of a reporting system aimed to monitor the GJS implementation status (missing Work levels, distribution of work levels by professional families)
- Contribute Job title framework definition, implementation and communication (direct
involvement for the formalized positions and through the managers on the GJS
relevant positions).
Basic requirements:

- Bachelor s Degree in HRM
- 7 to 10 years of HR expertise
- Master Degree
- Relevant experience in HR roles within complex multinational industrial environment with a focus on the mentioned area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Leadership, flexibility and autonomy
- Able to manage relations at different level
- Fluent in English
