Our Client is a leading multinational company constantly growing in its sectors. For the Heating Segment Division we have been commissioned to search the following professional profile
Senior Marketing Manager Sector HVAC
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Sales & Marketing activities, implementing the global sales and marketing intelligence business strategies, ensuring a profitable growth by substantially increasing sales volumes, margins, market share and customer satisfaction. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible of setting up the Global marketing strategy and leading the business plan execution with the other Business Unit.
The main activities will be: Strategize and establish one Heating Segment approach driving alignment in regions on Strategic planning, Business & Market Intelligence, Customer Insights, Regulations and Pricing Building a strong channel marketing strategy driving preference towards Heating Products through Constant interact
The ideal candidate has a bachelor s degree in Marketing & Communication or Economy with minimum ten years in Sales and Marketing experience in a managerial role in Industrial or Tyre Sector. Excellence experience in marketing communications including digital, consumer marketing innovation.Solid understanding of market, competitors and routes-to-market/channels, demonstrated marketing track record within system business. We are looking for a person with effective at building good relationship with customers and end clients. It is required technical know-how, especially as relevant for system business. Excellent knowledge of English is a must.Complete the profile: strong personal leadership, result orientation, strategic approach, change management, able to engage and motivate people.
Gross Annual Salary : 65.000/75.000 euro
