Our client is a leading international Company and we are looking for a Senior International Sales.

The Senior International Sales is part of Global Sales organization aimed to support sales & services target achievement and deploy the sales strategy plan around the world. Her/his main tasks are:

- be the Business Unit reference into synergetic international opportunities managed at HQ level
- be part of assigned International Account management and frame contract definition as BU representative in collaboration with BU Key Account team
- support the local sales action plan deployment in a few subsidiaries bringing there the whole Business Unit expertize set, visiting important customer together, supporting the process to identify the suitable product features required and eventual special price related to significant sales opportunities
- monitor sales related to her/his responsibility areas and set recovery plan in case
- Develop solution/package sales opportunity related to Distribution network, International Accounts and HQ direct customers
- Contribute to set quotations, commercial / contractual conditions and customer service in agreement with the Sales strategy
- Acquire and share main key selling & application points in order to duplicate the success stories
- Supports cost / benefit evaluation of a project and participate in the decision whether to develop it or not
- She/He monitors, measures and reports sales figures, open projects list and prospect customers
- Participates in the Sales budgeting and the Sales forecasting process with the branches and HQ
- Cooperates with Product Management & Marketing if required for development and launch of new product
- She/He collaborate and cooperate with Bonfiglioli branches to support daily business facilitating the involvement of Local & Global Customer Application/Customer Support/Supply Chain Departments.
- In collaboration with BV team she/he contributes to the International Distribution Sales plan deployment and target achievement.
- She/He visits periodically branches assigned and plans visits to main customers and business review meetings with local team.
Requirements:

- Experienced in Sales strategy deployment and follow-up
- Knowledgeable in servo chain selection/dimensioning (PPG, motors, inverters and possible Motion Control)
- Already experienced an HQ role managing branches or distributors from commercial point of view
- Knowledge in specific sectors applications which are part of our target sectors
- Excellent technical application background in Automation & Motion
- Change mind approach and curiosity about new cultures (Openness)
- Commercial and communication skills
- Results orientation
- Strong Customer orientation
- Proactivity and self-motivation (Initiative)
- Skills in team work, project management and listening attitude (Collaboration)
- Excellent English, German nice to have
- Willingness to travel (around 50 )
