We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Analyst to play a key role in leading and managing analysis and insights through experimental testing on web platforms. The candidate must have proven experience in turning web data into actionable results to improve overall customer experience, optimize business process, optimize ads spending, integrate data and drive target marketing programs. The Senior Analyst must also be able to partner with internal web development, product, and engineering teams, along with external vendors, to improve and scale websites and engagement he/she will manage a team of excellent young resources.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, execute, and analyze experiments and studies to improve overall user experience on digital properties
o Consult with business and technology teams to understand their objectives and formulate testing programs to support business and product plans
o Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team.
o Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting
o Lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience
o Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple touchpoints (websites, social listening, testing, CRM systems, market research etc)
o Present findings to stakeholders at high levels.





Desired Skills & Experience
o 5 years of experience in quantitative research and analysis
o Proven experience in standard web-analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) and web intelligence tools
o Proven experience with A/B and multivariate testing, preferably in the e-commerce and editorial space
o Proven ability to design & lead time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of findings to Senior Management
o Knowledge and experience in research and consumer insights
