Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Corporate Revenues, the role of the Partnership Development Manager is to drive incremental revenue through the creation and sale of commercial rights and assets relating to in the key markets of U.S. and Latin America.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive, an excellent communicator, tenacious and with strong commercial acumen. You will need be comfortable and confident in talking at c-suite level about brand strategy, the role of partnerships. You will be competent in the development of sales arguments, harnessing tools, data and insight and building compelling supporting sales material.

Qualifications:

- Min 5 years demonstrated international corporate experience in the business development and revenues department.
- Strong track record managing external relationships and being the compelling public voice of a Brand or influential organization.
- Deep expertise in writing and content creation for a variety of audiences and engagement goals including speechwriting, presentations, digital content, media relations and events.
- Strong peripheral vision and ability to see automatically opportunities to make connections that will drive efficiency and alignment.
- Strong leadership acumen is critical.

You might also have:

- American or British passport is a plus.
- Deep understanding of legal contracts from negotiation to the execution.
- Naturally inspired and inspiring leadership radiating both passion and commitment.
- Ability to negotiate the right solution for the business and our strategic partner.
- Personal attitude: confident, results oriented, positive and can do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
