Sales Manager - tubolar solutions

The position will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible of supervision of a sub-sales area, managing export and domestic business processing and guaranteeing reliable processing of inquiries and orders, from the delivery of goods to the handling of any complaints.
The main responsibilities of the role:
'' Support for a separate sub-sales area (support for existing customers)
'' Constant market observation and analysis as well as derivation of appropriate action measures, if necessary, in consultation with the direct supervisor
'' Coordinating, tracking and processing offers and orders
'' Coordination, tracking and processing of customer complaints and dunning processes
'' Conducting price negotiations
'' Identification of customer and project-specific needs
'' Quota Management
'' Software-based order management (HOOE, SAP)
'' Coordination of customer activities with internal interfaces (e.g. technology, production, logistics)
'' Advice to customers and clarification of technical requirements
'' Personal support for key customers and care for existing customers

The ideal candidate has a completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or successfully completed studies (at best in the field of engineering or economics) with relevant professional experience. Market and product knowledge is required.
Safe handling of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP and HOOE are an advantage.
Well-founded sales affinity and strategic way of working
Personal responsibility and intercultural competence as well as willingness to travel
Hands-on mentality
High level of commitment and strong communication skills

Fluent written and spoken English required
Fluent written and spoken French desirable
