Descrizione

Principal Area of Responsibility: The resource will be responsible for the sales growth of the different accounts that will be assigned

Specific Duties:
Acquire knowledge about friction products
Promote sales and business development of friction products
Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers
Meet with customers over the phone, email or on site to assist in commercial and technical aspects of business development
Effectively contribute to the achievement of the Company goals in terms of sales and profitability
Actively work in the annual plan for the accounts that will be assigned
Relate with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. Support customers in the development of the technical application
Coordinate internal departments for the business development to be key customer reference concerning commercial, technical, quality and logistic
Calculate quotations and negotiations
Attend to sector exhibitions
Monitor competitors
Education: Second level Italian degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:
5 years of working experience in similar position
Experience in Automotive, Off-highway, Axle, Clutch or Brake components industry would be preferred
Working experience and knowledge of CBF Off-highway customers would be preferred
Some years of experience in Engineering Departments. Some experience and proven success in a Technical Sales Role.

Personal Characteristics:
Excellent professional communication skills both verbal and in written responses
Fluent English
Excellent technical skills
Sales skills: good listening, self-motivating, persuasiveness, intuitiveness
Ability to relate well to others, team working and work well with members of the sales team and other Company facilities
Analytical skills:
Understand customers applications and catch their effective needs
Support and guide internal resources to develop the products which satisfy customer expectations as well as company b
