For our client, multinational of luxury sector, we are looking for:
Sales Controller
The HQ Controlling Team of Xxx, based in Milan, reports to the CFO and will be composed of 4 people
The main responsibilities of the HQ Controlling Team are:
Perform the full spectrum of controlling activities for some countries and coordinate local controllers for the remaining countries both for monthly closures and planning
Support different departments by being a key business partner especially the Commercial and Marketing Departments, helping them to make the most relevant business decisions
Identify and evaluate risks for the business, propose action plans and follow-up their implementation
Support the CFO and the Executive Committee with all relevant financial information and business reports
Communicate with and report to the Xxx Group regarding financial performance of the brand
Maintain and develop existing & new tools of business analysis and business forecast
Guide the pricing process in collaboration with the Marketing Department
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse sales data by product and client to drive the increase of beauty consultants productivity
Establish a standard framework for sales reporting and retail reporting
Collecting weekly updates on worldwide sales, challenging country managers to reach targets
Be the key business partner of the HQ Commercial Team, running ad-hoc analysis
Be one of the key contributor in the design of the new sell-out tool
Drive Product category management

Personnel skills
Strong financial and analytical skills
Good knowledge of the controlling techniques and processes
Hands-on attitude, proactive, team player
Goal oriented, good at prioritizing his / her tasks and meeting deadlines
Interested in the luxury business

- Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
- 1-2 year of experience in sales controlling, or another strong analytical field
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and oral. French is a plus
- Very Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint able to autonomously build complex excel models
- Proficient in SAP, knowledge of Board is a plus
