For the Heating Segment Division we have been commissioned to search the following professional profile Sales Area Manager Sector HVAC for Center/Southern Italy.

The candidate will:
'' Be responsible for the aggressive sales development of the heating products in alignment with the overall regional/global sales strategy
'' Setting up sales goals and objectives with the customers in the assigned area
'' Building and manage sales forecast
'' Defining trade marketing plans for developing and/or growing the sales, by customers and product line
'' Supporting the sales agents in developing the sales strategy in each assigned channel
'' Explore opportunities based on customer needs and bring in our client competency areas within the product portfolio
'' Identifying and building strong business relationships to WH's, chains and distributors
'' Preparing reports on market conditions and trends, competitors and prices and delivering periodical forecasts
'' Providing daily update of the com
The ideal candidate has:

'' Degree/Master degree in Engineering or marketing is preferred
'' 10 years in experience within HVAC market in as KAM, BDM or Area Sales Manager positions
'' Ability to build good network of contacts in the assigned area for wholesalers and main consultants/big installers
'' Experience in indirect sales people management (agents)
'' Ability to identify and plan long term business
'' Experience with Microsoft windows, office package and BI tools
'' Should possess excellent people skills
'' A high social competence, creating trust and can motivate the internal and external team
'' Excellent English communication skills
'' Good planning and organization skills
