Our client is looking for an outstanding Restaurant Manager who will ensure the smooth running of F&B operation, giving impeccable service at all times and providing management and leadership to the department.

Mani responsabilities:
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines by maintain a safe, secure and healty facility environment by establishing, following and enforcing standard and procedures
- Promoting and marketing the business - Develop suitable strategies & reservations process that optimise restaurant capacity with the marketing and communications manager
- Overseeing stock levels
- Ordering suppliers
- Producing staff rotas
- Greeting and advising customers - to act as first point for the restaurant and demonstrate a vibrant and engaging personality
- Handling customers enquiries and complaints - Interacts with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction. Records guest issues in the guest response tracking system
- Support HR in handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Staff training, a schedule of training so that the restaurant can surpass industry competition and guest expectations - striving to deliver the best customer experience
- Handling Administration and paperwork
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
- Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures implementing production, productivity, quality and patron-service standards determining and implementing system improvements
- To regularly review adherence to all agreed systems and correct/change where necessary
The ideal candidate woul need the following requirements:
- Proven international experience as Restaurant Manager
- Problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great command of English Language
- Outstanding attention to detail
