Per azienda leader nel settore ricerchiamo un Quality & Analysis Manager - Tourism

Role Definition:
Reporting to the Head of Guides, the Quality and Performance Manager supports the Guide Team by producing analysis and reporting on guide performances, while ensuring quality consistency throughout the different destinations within Italy.

Main Responsability:
- Produces timely Guide performance reports and constantly monitors Guide quality across destinations
- Analyzes Guides performances and propose to the pertinent team members local actions and initiatives
- Owns the relationship with Key Partners as well as internal departments (IT,scheduling,operations,customer care,finance)
- Ensures Guide material is always available and deliveres to guides
- Prepares Guide Agreements and maintains the agreement database
- Finalizes Guides monthly expenses and payments
- Produces new and existing tour documentation and ensures they are always updated
Main Tasks:

- Produces Internal Performance Reports for all destinations
- Prepares and updates Guide/Tour Documents
- Creates PPT Presentation for team events
- Sets and updates Tour Incompatibilities
- Ensures regular inspections at the meeting points
- Works closely with the Product Team
- Laise with internal departments and key partners regarding guide material
- Approves and sends expenses, extra payments, reimbursements, bonuses to Finance at the end of each month
- Prepares and sends yearly guides agreements
- Ensures the relevant documentation is collected periodically from guides (agreements,guide licenses)
- Prepares and handles guide surveys when needed
- Prepares and sends monthly review reports to partnersm, and handles communication regarding negative reviews
- Support the Guide Team in seasonal activities such as hiring, induction and annual meetings events, whenever needed.

- It's requested the knowledge of English Language
