On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a Pump Sales Engineer.

The primary objective of the Pump Sales Engineer is to grow sales in the assigned territory and account base, further penetrate existing accounts and identify/win business with new ones. He will be responsible for sales, market and brand promotion.

Main job functions:

- PRO Market: Develop and grow sales with new and existing distributors, wholesalers, installers and OEM customers, capable of contributing to the pursuit of WT business objectives and strategy
- Ensuring the implementation of Marketing and Sales plans to reach agreed sales volume relevant to the market of the region
- Utilize Sales Excellence processes & CRM tools to build funnel assess performance, and track progress against key growth opportunities
- Ensuring that Pentair brands are expanded throughout the sales territory by maintaining customer service and support as the highest priority.
- Preparing accurate annual and monthly sales reports to be submitted to Sales Director
- Applying and maintaining an appropriate sales activity levels to ensure success with customers and distributors
- Sharing of information for maximization of market intelligence, margin and sales
- Direct VOC initiatives to identify market requirements and trends to support continuous improvements and to identify product enhancements opportunities
- Manage agencies within the territory, prepare work plans and goals (previously agreed with Sales Director) to be achieved together with agencies support agencies in establishing and executing work plans as well as in preparing and delivering commercial proposals to customers.
Requirements:

- BS or BA degree in Engineering
- 2/3 years in direct sales
- Solid experience in pump professional market
- Solid background and experience with strategic accounts
- Specific skills: MS Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce a plus).
