PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Ensure effective leadership and management to each assigned technology industrialization project until complete objectives fulfilment, in order to drive the entire project team to achieve in the assigned timeline and cost, every defined deliverable with the purpose to drive the smooth introduction in the manufacturing environment of the project subject, minimizing all impacts, thanks to a proper project organization.


DIMENSIONS / QUANTITATIVE DATA:
1. Net Sales (exclude all taxes):
2. Volume: 5 - 10 new production start-ups per year
3. Budget Operating Expenses:
4. Value added: Key contribution in making possible to fulfill Market requirements for new innovative products and/or brand new technologies, full process analysis.
5. Capital Expenditures: depend on required projects kind
6. Total Employees under your overall supervision:
Support Staff: act as an internal (INB) reference regarding the industrialization phase, leading and coordinating different cross-functional project team involving all departments and ext suppliers.
Act as an internal INB reference regrading the industrialization phase and the new processes, leading and coordinating different cross-functional project team involving technical departments and international external supplier.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- EHS Committment: Promote the Company s Health, Safety and Environmental culture, transfers it into procedures and work instructions to discipline and monitor the team activities and keep an healthy and safe-conscious working environment, in order to minimize or eliminate risks exposure to personnel.
- Risk Assessment & Proactive mindset: When project request arise, thanks to a deep analysis and wide process & technology know-how, assess in line with PMPM methodology any risk correlated to project successfull implementation and develop an appropriate Risk Assessment with Countermeasures Management.
- Project Start-up: Assess for the industrialization phase, in term of necessary equipments, technologies, materials and internal/external support, all the project needs.
- Product Cost Scenarios: Propose several scenarios of operative solutions that drive different cost structure and strategies for new products.
- Teaming: Assure that the right professional expertise is provided for each phase of the project and in function of the true needs.
- Hard works: Manage the preparation/installation into the manufacturing area/machine of the technical equipment (layout, machines, kit, utilities, etc) and of all related accessories & complementary.
- Project Closure: When project objectives are met, assure that proper Project closure documentation is prepared and communicated to the stakeholders accordingly to Company Procedures.
- Distinctive Know-How development: Assure a proper recording system for the technical and operative know-how that is generated along the process refinement and industrialization process.


MAJOR CHALLENGES:

Thanks to each project contribute to Industrialize excellent processes that drive Operational KPIs improvementson PMI productive platforms.
Be the reference in an international organization for new product launches with shortest-time-to-market possible ensuring highest quality standards.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
College/University
Bachelor or MSc in Engineering


Work experience:
Overall Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing environment in industry hi-tech for mass volumes and or 2-3 years of experience in Project Management roles.

Specific Experience: high expertise in new product industrialization with knowledge in process R&D or Production/Engineering, automation technology developments, quality Assurance and project management.


Language Skills:
Fluent English
