We are looking for a Product Manager - Tourism Sector

Main Responsabilities:

- Product development in all of Italy (coordinating with ground supervisors in Venice, Pompeii and Florence)
- Product Material and Documentation (for B2B/Sales, CS, OPS, Pitches)
- Projections for sales & Inventory (coordinate with Ops manager, Data Analyst & sales)
- Schedules & Tour Descriptions (coordinate with Ops Agents, B2B manger & Marketing Manager to get tour descriptions and schedules out on time)
- Buy plans (coordinate with Ops Manager)
- Inventory adjustments (perhaps be in charge of all inventory that is not last min making sure we are opening/closing tours according to sales as well as e.v. adding run days when needed
- Product Evaluations & adjustments from guides and clients
- Follow tours and decide how we can improve
- Tour Costs & Efficiencies (procedures on how to save money, not waste tickets etc)
- Blackouts (coordinate with Sites manager)
- Emergencies (procedures on what to do if sites are closed, a tour needs to change during high season etc)
- Italy Accounting & Legal Matters/Paperwork
- Ensures the relevant documentation is collected periodically from guides (agreements,guide licenses)
- Prepares and handles guide surveys when needed
- Manage Italy Staff for daily operations
- It's requested the knowledge of English Language

Minimum qualifications required:

- Bachelors/Master's degree
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and drive discussions with others in mother language
- Great problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills
- Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross group skills
- Self-driven and ability to work with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage a team
