For an interesting Internet of Things project, implemented by one of the most important industrial/manufacturing firm in the world, we are looking for:

You will be a strong voice for our customers, bringing technical and business requirements back to our development
teams helping ensure our solutions continue to meet our customer s needs.
Responsibilities:
Mentor, train and lead technical pre-sales teammates
Establish a deep understanding of our customers business and technical needs
Develop framework to support solution selling on an enterprise level. Help to provide vision, define
system and application architecture, problem anticipation and problem solving ability across the landscape
Develop evolution path and migration plans for key customers from their current state to the target Digital
Strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years work experience
Deep understanding of the technology stack to include OS, DB, middleware, application layer,
virtualization and cloud technologies

Technical Expertise:
Defines principles that guide technological decisions and the relationship between business context and
specified technology Influences business roadmap of a customer
Fundamental knowledge of comparative long-term business implications for various configuration options
Experience with multi-business unit solution configuration
Interact with business unit product management and provide advice regarding the solution roadmap and
portfolio management strategies.

Soft skills:
Effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences
alike across all organizational levels
Problem solving
Curiosity and creative skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strategic agility
Leadership
Teamworking (utilizes GE experts to propose creative ways for the customer to master the critical success
factors, partners with software/analytics experts to advance their project/fields/discipline Is an evangelist
for using software/analytics tool in their project/field/discipline)
Technical acumen

Business Acumen:
Possesses deep customer knowledge of the business lifecycle Builds long-term, c-suite relationships with
customers Creates value through identifying outcomes that change expectations
Creates meaningful stories and combines ideas in unique ways and makes connections between disparate
ideas Communicates functional strategy and roadmap with sufficient detail for teams to utilize Describes
functional area information to leaders.
Demonstrates expertise with cross-business unit solutions.
Recognize opportunities to align emerging tech with changing business climates.
Develop solution architecture starter kits to drive commercial adoption
