For our client, prestigious international company, ìm looking for a
Payroll Manager
This function spans across 3 legal entities and 5 different locations.
- Management of the Payroll process and the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate activities for the 5 sites of Final Control in Italy.
- Ensures activities in case of employment or termination of employees (communication to local employment office, INPS, INAIL, input of personal info in the payroll database).
- Manages records of time and attendance:
- Daily download of the records from the clock.
- Monthly review of records and check of unusual trends.
- Payroll process (preparation of wire transfer, calculation and Payroll Tax payments, monthly payroll controls) and distribution of pay-slips to employees.
- Management of the employee master file (hiring, dismissal, changes, ).
- Preparation of standard employment letters.
- Manages relationships with National Work Insurance and Pension Institutions.
- Keeps updated list of employment contracts with deadlines for renewal (temporary contracts, agencies, ) and communicates to the functions responsible and HR Manager.
- Administration of the costs for agency workers, Canteen and other costs.
- Manages various quarterly and annual requirements (CUD, 730, , )
- Prepares the monthly Payroll accruals and the monthly Payroll accounts reconciliations.
- Ensures various reporting requirements (Headcount, Holidays, Overtime, ...)
- Keeps the relationship with Auditors.
- Ensures timely communication in case of work injuries

Requirements & Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance is a plus
- At least 7 years experience in a similar role in international contest
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Able to work effectively in different environments
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to interact with management
