Our Client is a multinational company among the most important player in the Automotive After Market sector. For the Italian Branch we have been commissioned to search the following professional profile
Parts Business Development Manager Automotive After Market

The candidate will directly report to the Italian General Manager and will manage the business development concerning designated geographical area and/or customer accounts, market analysis, definition of Sales and Marketing strategy and customer development. In particular he will have the following responsibilities: managing the existing product portfolio, developing and implementing new portfolios and new products, develop, agree, implement and realization of parts and accessories sales targets and marketing plans, analysis of market situation for the designated areas or (current or potential) customer accounts analysis of competitor's performance definition of Sales Development strategy for the designated perimeter analyze and monitor Subsidiary and Dealer parts performance: sales, stock, availability, processes, various KPI s, etc sales agreements and service follow-up management of activity agenda and activity report to company management analysis of sales evolution and action plan definition follow-up of customer satisfaction and definition of improvement actions coverage of all area/customer related events (attendance at fairs, conferences with distributors, training seminars).
The ideal candidate has an intense knowledge of the Italian after market automotive sector, a deep experience in sales and customer management, Excellent knowledge of the aftersales and motor trade parts and service business, very good Administrative Skills (Office, familiar with administrative concepts such as invoicing, basic accountancy, frequent trading terms etc...) he is an excellent communicator and an experienced negotiator, he is field work oriented, target oriented, self driven and motivated.
He holds a degree and is fluent in English

Gross Annual Salary : 35.000/45.000 euro
Bonus : no
