The Online Marketing Manager contributes to Lead the definition, development and implementation of the Online Marketing strategy, working closely with Sales Business Units (AV, HA , IT), to increase online sales, achieve the defined targets, and develop sales turnover in the Pure Players and Retailer.com, driving profitable revenue and target mix of products.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contribute to Define and Implement the Online Marketing Strategy, building the guidelines c/o Pure Players and Retailer.com sites.
-Coordinate the Online Sales with the relevant Sales Team (AV, HA, IT), in line with company Target and Offline Sales Plan.
-Analyze campaigns' performances and determining ROI of different activities, developing collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products.
-Coordinate all activities connected to Pure Players and Retailer.com shop-in-shop development.
-Recommend the retailer to execute marketing activities with asset offered by Brand (contents based on seasonal themes, template for email marketing campaigns, social campaigns, etc.)
-Generate/collect insights (both qualitatively and quantitatively) and turn them into actionable initiatives in line with strategy.
-Execute online dedicated promotional strategy, understanding the demand/supply dynamics in the e-commerce business.
-Deep understanding of Digital and Offline marketing in order to work closely with the marketing team and offline sales to define the go-to-market marketing strateg
The ideal candidate is a numeric individual with good commercial skills, deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and of marketing strategies, able to manage properly the e-commerce business in all its aspects.
Educational Background: Master degree with Marketing specialization.
Professional Background: 10 years experience in Online/Digital Marketing roles.
Language Knowledge: Very good written / spoken English.
High Analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel, Analytics.
