For a Comany leader as supplier of integrated automated supply chain technology, software and services ìm looking for a Mechanical Engineer
Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, the general responsabilities are:
- To liaise with systems sales and project engineers during project phase.
- To liaise with project managers, customer and sub-contractors during order execution phase.
- To liaise with production planning and purchase departments.
- To provide technical information to any department so entitled, i.e electrical design, projects, service, spares.
- To maintain and use wherever possible, standard product information for the execution of orders.
- Where necessary to develop special and new standard products to suit specific projects and new markets.
- To comply with the company policy as defined in the Staff Handbook, Safety Manual, and Quality Assurance Manual.
The mechanical engineer will be responsible for:
- leading mechanical design aspects of projects.
- interpreting project layout and specification into final design layout and conveyor data list.
- insuring the system integration drawings and specifications delivery.
- supporting the review, check and approve unit cycle times, system throughput, and general dimensional requirements. - supporting the development of detailed designs
- allocation of design tasks to project related workload.
- reviewing, checking and approval of project related documentation. (i.e drawings, calculations, data lists etc)
- creating detailed drawings and parts lists for equipment within scope of supply.
- specifing details of any additional special conveyor elements or associated equipment.
- supporting creation of an installation file to pass on information to the site supervisor and installation team.
- creating detailed Operating and Maintenance Instructions and provide spare parts lists as required.

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in the same role in industrial automation area, preferably in integrated automated supply chain technology
