Experis for a global company operating in the sector that operates in the food sector of weight control and skin care a is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

The new profile will have an active role in order of thinking and developing new tools for Distributor s activities. This will pass through the harmonization of content in various corporate websites and the promotion of them through specific channels (i.e. communication, adv campaign).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

To contribute to the profitable growth of the business through effective implementation of Corporate/Local Web Marketing Projects.

The main tasks are focused on:
web marketing area: implementation of Emea deployment, maintenance and contents update of corporate web site individuate and propose website improvements basing on analysis and feedback collected from Members website & ET monthly reports supporting adv campaigns
Specific off-line marketing projects: supports the team in the implementation of specific projects (i.e. MB assets review, literature revision/production, product launches, advertising, Mb promotion set-up etc)
Marketing Touch-point: manages marketing dept phone-in and mail supports Experience Center Team by monitoring the assets and tools used
Distributors tools: support the team in the implementation of new tools Distributors
Members/Distributor specific communication: supports and elaborate survey for Distributors and Preferred Customers habits

1. In charge of all activities related to corporate websites in order to work in autonomy on: implementation of new content, maintenance web sites well organized: update pictures, copy, announcements, news, etc. online once per week.
2. Monitor web usage and provide statistics by using corporate tools for management reporting once per month.
3. Support the marketing team in creating and maintaining up-to-date Members Training platform (Tools and Training, E-learning, etc.).
4. Support the marketing team in the creation of marketing collateral, marketing literature, and tools.
5. Work in team in an effectively manner
6. Interact with all department involved, upper management, distributors and vendors in order to ensure correct implementation, launches, and cost efficiency of marketing projects.
7. Promote cooperative, team work, positive working relationship.
8. Execute tactical marketing projects as assigned by the Superior.
9. Prepare progress reports/status updates monthly/weekly for assigned tasks and initiatives being responsible in proposing business solution for better performance
10. Support the Superior to strategic planning sessions.
11. Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed.
12. Answer to marketing dept. phone and mails ( be the touch point ) and forward to the appropriate resource.
13. Attend events when required

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
University Degree, preferably with Communication/Marketing focus
Fluent in English & Italian, eventually with one or more European language.
PC user
Basic design program user such as Adobe Photoshop
Basic program user in video editing programs as Adobe Première or Camtasia
Experience in develop web/digital artwork
Experience in social network environment, publishing and editing
Content management system program user
Basic analysis program user

ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:
Self disciplined and able to work in autonomy on assigned project, further than think up and plan new projects.
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Creative, able to organize her/his workload and problem solving.
Good interpersonal skills requirement

Well balanced with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Have good work ethic
Analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills
Good communicator, able to influence and interact at all levels
