Market Intelligence Specialist

 

Responsabilities

The Market Intelligence Specialist helps the Market Intelligence Manager to have general understanding of overall business, highlighting both Market and Technology Trends as well as Competitor Moves and the evolution of Industry Landscape. The candidate will also be the “Voice of the Customer”: he/she will provide consultancy and interpretation of custom research / survey meant to gather info about customer needs and industry evolution.

  • Be an active support to the development and implementation of market intelligence plans and relationships to market research suppliers/partners;
  • Plan and implement business analytics and intelligence reports on a regular basis; study market trends, deploy statistical methods and benchmarks;
  • Develop 360° competitors profiling (organization, financial KPIs, manufacturing, distribution channels and «go-to-market» strategies);
  • Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Customer-Orientation: you are passionate about understanding customer needs and implementing market segmentation;
  • Results-Orientation: we look for a self-starting driver with the ability to prioritize activities, to take actions and implement solutions in a timely manner;
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse work force across multiple countries;
  • A strong mathematical-analytical mindset, with solid background in business and marketing;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Expertise in Office suite use (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
