Our client is a leading international Company and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering
Manager.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for product industrialization, improvements to
manufacturing & special testing processes, implementing best in case lean practices. With the aim of
maximizing productivity while reducing cost, he or she will lead the teams responsible for creating and
planning of CNC programs, development and creation of tooling and fixtures, creation and improvement of
routings, welding process, special testing, maintenance and Perfect Execution.
Main responsibilities:
Delivers and fosters continuous improvement by actively participating in and encouraging
the team s participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes through the use
of lean and perfect execution tools and techniques
Leads the team to create and plan all routings and CNC programming within acceptable
lead times and quality
Coordinates with cross functional teams to identify the best approach to
manufacturability
Designing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems to meet requested
products within desired lead time, cost and quality.
Provides guidance and support on resolving manufacturing issues providing innovative
solutions.
Develops and executes Manufacturing Engineering KPIs to drive departmental
performance and ensure achievement of both departmental and business wide safety,
quality, delivery and cost goals.
Proactively identifies and addresses any issues with the accuracy of routings and CNC
programs.
Responsible for the specification of tooling types and liaising with purchasing on tooling
suppliers.
Creates and submits CAPEX and manages the renewal and retiral of machinery and other
equipment.
Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering
Engineering
Fluent in English
8 years equivalent experience
Understand material properties and behavior, and stress-strain analysis
CAD/CAM skills
Strong Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience in People Management is a must have
