Key Account Manager

A senior sales professional with solid experience in dealing with Marine customers and having natural attitude to establish relationship at high level of customers organization.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the total SP order Intake budget and Service Sales Budget
- Creating, developing and managing the Account Team
- Developing Account Business Plan and follow-up
- Defining the sales approach to the customer
- Building value propositions for sales opportunities (package solutions)
- Ensuring optimal cross-functional approach
- Generating customer intelligence and exploring new business opportunities
- Aligning strategies together with the customer
- Development the relationship to the highest levels in the customer organization
- Managing customer events
- Managing and coordinating red flag actions


Desired skills:
- High level of interpersonal skills to manage a diverse community of sales professionals, sales support functions and international portfolio managers for products and solutions.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets (key requirement)
- Visible leadership, influencing and communications skills
- Business and market understanding
- Customer oriented mind set
- Global view and approach to business
- Multiple years of working experience in demanding, multicultural business environment, preferable in the Marine business / industry.

The ideal candidate has a MSc or BSc degree (or equivalent), preferable Ecomics and/or Engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
