The principal responsibility of this role is to deliver industrial business pipelines in the area in order to maximise revenue growth in new and existing key accounts, alongside increasing profitability against defined targets to achieve cash and profit improvement for the business.
The Key Responsibilities are as follows:
-To focus and grow sales activity in order to maximise sales opportunities across specified customers.
-Develop clear and targeted business plans in order to increase sales and market share
-Assist in developing market strategies for segments
-Monitor customers financial performance as relates to individual customer sales strategies
-Develop, manage and maintain exceptional relationships with both internal and external customers

Essential skills:
-Italian and fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
-Excellent knowledge of sales processes for technical and commodity consumable products through specialist distribution networks and end users.
-Sound knowledge of the adhesive tapes or liquid adhesives market is expected
-Ability to operate in a cross functional manner
-First class presentation skills, both verbal and written.
-The ability to develop relationships, negotiate and close business
-Advanced understanding of ERP within a sales organisation, Microsoft office and CRM

Essential experience:
-Significant and demonstrated sales success in managing key accounts
-Previous experience of managing a team
-Previously managed territories of 3 million or greater
-Experience in the European adhesive tapes market, industrial products and applications
-Experience in a multinational business environment
