For a prestigious customer company which belongs to a multinational insurance Group we're looking for a Channel Development Manager/ Key Account Manager - Mobile Telecoms to be based in Dusseldorf area (Germany)

The candidate will be asked to:

- build strong relationships with the Carrier/Retailer Region Directors, Area Managers, and create a positive and training-friendly environment
- collate, analyse, monitor and drive activity to maximise partner campaigns to ensure they are on track to meet expected financial and commercial terms
- Motivate and generate excitement around Carrier/Retailer partner s sales associates, store managers, district managers, sales management and various other departments
- regularly review strategy and business performance with your clients and present performance internally.
- conduct store visits including store training & merchandising reviews
- facilitate classroom training and in field coaching as needed
- deliver compelling sales presentations to enhance the skills of newly hired and current sales people and/or sales management
- assess and coordinate training needs of region and allocate resources as needed and within budget
- conduct regional training events design, plan and facilitate rollout either in classroom, conference calls and/or webinars
- conduct feedback sessions with carrier store management
- analyze market conditions and accurately predict future market trends/needs
- represent the company at client meetings, events, reviews and other business gatherings.
- daily communicate with his/her remotely based team and prepare quality monthly business reports

Requirements:

- High level commercial and account management experience managing large corporate accounts preferably within the Mobile Telecoms sector
- An exceptional communicator with strong people management and engagement skills
- Customer focused relationship management experience is essential
- Commercially focused, well organised, pro-active and results driven
- Strong analytical skills and ability to project manage large campaigns
- Ability to build rapport/relationships quickly both internally and externally with stakeholders
- Ability to inspire, present and engage an audience
- Ability to facilitate training coaching and development experience
- Telecoms, retail and/or technology based industry experience preferred
- Professional, friendly and driven personality
- A good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
- Self-Motivation & personal initiative is critical in this role
- Planning and organisation of own workload
