The primary responsibility of this consultancy position is to facilitate the ability to offer Store Transformation through use of: Discovery, Business Impact Assessments and Solution Operationalisation. The area of retail focus is predominantly within store customer and transactional services, although past experience within Tender administration management and store pricing would be an advantage. A significant part of the role will be the facilitation of stakeholder engagement in order to support awareness and adoption of proposed transformation change.

Business Analysis
- Analysis of present business processes
- Review of focus area of retailer business strategies
- Review of key competitive activity to retailer
- Opportunity assessment for target solution/s
- Workshop facilitation involving multiple stakeholders
- Development of business process plan to utilise target solution/s, including migration steps if applicable

Business Impact Assessments
- Scope of assessment approach
- Utilisation of our client tools and methodologies
- Consultancy and recommendations of best practice solution utilisation
- Business process analysis and recommended areas of change for integration
- Payback and solution benefit analysis
- Preparation of assessment reports including areas of recommendation
- Presentation of report findings to senior management.
- Delivery of assignment proposal and statement of work
- Identification of key benefits to retailer
- Identification of integration processes and step changes
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to retailers' senior management

Internal Sales Support
- Input into sales strategy process
- Development of high level solution business justifications and business cases
- Adhoc training of sales and professional service resources
- Assistance with solution sales process including participation in sales presentation with target customers
- Input into market requirements for solution portfolio
- Utilisation of industry expertise to promote strategic positioning of solutions
Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience within the Retail Industry, consultant specialising within all facets of store customer and transnational services
- Retail marketplace knowledge and associated relationship network
- Knowledge of Italian retail marketplace
- Current in-store technology - their impacts, critical success factors and benefits
- Data analytics experience
- Strong experience with use in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Very good business English both orally and written
