We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk / Network Administrator to provide help desk support to internal users.

Main Responsabilities:
-You will be engaged 20-30 of time acting as Network Administrator and 80-70 of the time acting in a helpdesk support.
-You are the single point of contact for the end-users in case of any issues with their PC's (hardware and software).
-You resolve and document issues concerning MS Windows, MS Office, hardware and peripherals, Management Information Systems (both internal and external) used in the company
-You are in charge of managing files and user's accounts on the servers, individual workstations, MIS and any third party applications
-You keep an updated inventory of hardware, develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
-You are responsible for taking a contact with external suppliers after the procurement needs are validated by your manager.
-Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware and server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
-Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and run network security upgrades (anti-virus, firewalls)

Qualifications and key competences:
-Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop platforms (Windows 7, Windows 8, XP) and Microsoft Office
-An understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure
-Windows Server Administration (MS Winsows Server 2003 - 2012)
-Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
-Strong knowledge in MS Exchange 2003-2010 Server
-Knowledge of Hyper-V Server Virtualization and Administration is an asset
-English: good knowledge
