Inverter Product Architecture Specialist within R&D Power ElectronicsHe/She will be responsible to:
- coordinate the development of the component through the following activities:
- Acquisition of customer specifications and component specifications
- Definition of planning and monitoring of quality milestones
- control on the documentation to customer and Plant
- Monitoring product costs to ensure the achievement of the objectives
- Responsibility on prototypes documentation and monitoring the commitment of delivery
- Support the process engineering during the production launch
- Oversee the product in production both in quality improvement framework that reduce costsTo meet these requirements
- It requires technical-functional team management skills in accordance with professional bodies.
- The candidate shall be the vehicle of motivation within the team.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic/mechatronic product development
- Program management:
- Knowledge of the dynamics of project development and IT tools to support the activities:
Microsoft Project
Power Point
- Data Management:
Knowledge of setting up mechanisms of enterprise PDM.
Knowledge of PDM platforms Team Center Engineering.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge Hardware / Software of electronic control units in the automotive field.
Knowledge of the reference specifications of the major automotive customers.
Language skills
Good english knowledge is mandatory.
