Our client is a leading international Company. We are looking for an International Sales.

The International Sales is part of Global Sales organization aimed to support the Business Unit sales & services target achievement and deploy the sales strategy plan around the world. Her/his main tasks are:

-be the Business Unit reference into synergetic international opportunities managed at HQ level
-be part of assigned International Key Account management and frame contract definition as Business Unit representative in collaboration with other Business Units
-support the local BU sales action plan deployment in a few subsidiaries bringing there the whole BU expertize set, visiting important customer together, supporting customized product request and special price request related to significant sales opportunities and coordinating different actors for specific projects
-monitor sales related to her/his responsibility areas and set recovery plan in case
-participate and contribute to exhibitions, product launch, marketing activities and Business Intelligence & CRM implementation
-Contribute to set quotations, commercial / contractual conditions and customer service in agreement with the Global Sales Director
-Acquire and share main key selling & application points in order to duplicate the success stories
-Supports cost / benefit evaluation of a project and decides whether to develop it or not
-Cooperates with Product Management & Marketing for the development and launch of new product
-Support for the preparation of international fairs
-Data collection and information on: customer needs, competitors, international markets
-Participate and facilitate to the activities related to special/customized solutions development requested by customers
-Visit periodically branches assigned and plans visits to main customers and business review meetings with local team.
Requirements:

Knowledgeable in servo chain selection/dimensioning (PPG, motors, inverters and possible Motion Control)
Already experienced an HQ role managing branches or distributors from commercial point of view (nice to have)
Knowledge in specific sectors applications which are part of our target sectors
Commercial and communication skills
(Results orientation)
Strong (Customer orientation)
Proactivity and self-motivation (Initiative)
Skills in team work, coordination of the project team and listening attitude (Collaboration)
Excellent English, German nice to have
Willingness to travel (around 50 )
Appreciated degree in Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering.

This position is based in Rovereto (TN).
