Our Client, multinational company and worldwilde leader in its industry, due to the implementation of its Customer Service Department, is currently look for a:

Reporting directly to the Italian Customer Service Director, and managing a team of 4 ILS Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the specific integrated logistic customer requests in order to identify the level of support to be offered
- Developing and updating the technical publications according to the contractual agreements (time of deliver, format and contents), in particular spare parts, user guides, maintenance and repair manuals
- Defining the maintenance and repair kits as well as the maintenance program planning
- Supporting the Technical Department in the design and development phase to ensure the adherence of the systems to the logistic needs
- Editing and updating the reports concerning maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
- Engineering Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the role and in multinational company with a well established ILS
- Managerial and Leadership attitude
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in an international enviroment with a proactive and teamworking attitude
- Fluent English.
