Insights & Competitive Intelligence Manager

The ideal candidate would be able to:

Cooperate to the development of the I&I Department, providing strategic inputs to the business. Be the company knowledge center for all information related on trade/consumer. Build up and support a methodology to measure performances of all trade marketing and sales projects/activities, and recommend actions to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. Support HQ and SF analysis. Provide baseline Market and Market share forecast.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

- Analysis: Supply ad hoc analysis for Senior Management, based on own knowledge of the market dynamics providing recommendation for concrete business opportunities. In particular: Analyse Market Share, PostLaunch Evaluation, Conduct Trade Segment Analysis, Measure Customer Profitability, Identify Opportunities, Build-up a methodology to measure (ROI) and benchmark all activities developed on trade. Evaluate the performances in terms of efficacy end efficiency and provide meaningful inputs for improvements
- KPIs setting: Be the company point of reference for all activities/brand obj setting and monitoring
- Forecasting: Evaluate Market Momentum Trends & Influences, Assess Brand Trends, Analyse Competitors, Conduct Competitor Brand Performance Analysis, Draft base-line forecast
- Business Information: Provide Sales and marketing with performance monitoring reporting related on Brands/SF and POS
- Sales Force Incentive Methodology: Cooperate with Sales and Trade marketing to allocate objectives in line with corporate targets. Support the Sales and Trade marketing by acting as an advisor in the Target setting phase.
- Retailer Needs: Build-up and develop a knowledge platform on retailers and exploit it to provide strategic input customer engagement strategy by providing meaningful insights (eg. retailer needs).
- Digital: Analyse e-commerce sales performance and provide sales forecast Support in promo budget definition Digital data analysis, Brand web sentiment analysis

The ideal candidate has:

- Degree (Math, Statistics or Engineering)
- Previous experience as Business Analyst
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic consulting
- Statistical acumen and analysis skills
- Fluent English mandatory
- MS Office (Excel, PPT as mandatory).

Proactivity, latheral thinking and smart approach will complete the profile.
