We are looking for an ICT Head Of Process for Finance and HR Services.

MAIN DUTIES:
- Responsible for the DEMAND MANAGEMENT, which means: collects, aggregates and promotes the needs for Headquarter, Subsidiaries and Regional Offices managing specific requirements (new enhancements, how-to), technical issue (bug fixing) and user familiarization (how-to) identifying the proper resolution
- identifying the evolution (change request, application s development) considering the application landscape available and the implementation road map foreseen
- Develops the WW Budget needs in accordance with company guide lines
- Manages projects and the dedicated ICT resources in general (applications, systems, personal productivity tools), assuring the integration between the central and local systems (Subs and RO)
- Coordinates and manages the Finance ICT work group in a full integration with the: other streams / Head Of Process ICT; business representatives (Managers and Key Users)
- Maximizes the use of the ICT resources both for:
Internal (Consultants (structural service / AMS); Consultants (projects))
- Accountable for the coordination, diffusion, application and monitoring of the security and telecommunication policy (traditional computing data lines, wireless technologies, fixed and portable telephone and video conferencing)
- ICT Economics definition and control (Capex / Opex)
- Management of significant projects in the entire lifecycle (from the Business Process Master List up to the Closing)
- Technical specification definition and RFI, RFQ and Bid process execution
- Local and Central Applications Management and Maintenance (hardware and services / AMS)
- Customer requirements analysis and proactive formalization
- Coordination of suppliers and central or local teams, crisis and escalation management

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate, with at least 10 years in ICT department in an international environment and at least 5 years on similar, managerial position.

Skills:
- manage budget (running costs and capitalized costs)
- Leading change ability
- Project Management methodology (i.e.: A.SAP. , Waterfall, Agile)
- Business Processes knowledge :
- Accounting & Control, Budgeting, Inventory, Procure to Pay, Warehouse Management, Taxation, Treasury, Financial Services
- ICT experience and knowledge:
- Applications:
- ERPs wide experience on SAP and / or INFOR LN solution (the second, in case, will be considered preferential element)
- Reporting (Oracle HFM/EPM),
- Treasury (FIS-SUNGARD)
- Business intelligence (SAP)
- Service Bus (Webmethods)
- Architectures, Software and integration layer (ESB),
- Security principle,
- Packages, Office Automation, MS packages,
- ICT Methods and Standards

Languages:
Excellent English is requested, spoken and written.

Education:
- Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business Administration.
