Per Studio Legale Internazionale ricerchiamo un/una Human Resorces Learning & Development Consultant
The Learning & Development consultant is responsible for the identification of learning needs, design, development and delivery of learning and development interventions enabling our people to acquire the skills and capabilities required to deliver business strategy. In conjunction with the overall people strategy, develop, evolve and implement the Firm's Learning strategy, plan and practices.
Consult and partner with stakeholders to ascertain what learning is required to progressively deliver the components of the business strategy and individual career aspirations promoting the 70:20:10 approach eg working with practice group partners to identify & create learning & development solutions.
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate learning needs into compelling, high impact learning experiences.
Enable the HR community, supporting them with relevant learning and development expertise, thought leadership and best practice, provide an access point to learning providing information, advice and guidance about all areas of L&D across the Firm , act as programme lead for agreed international, regional programmes and projects
Undertake continuous research to develop and drive learning best practice across the Firm
Create learning interventions or produce design briefs for learning ensuring a blended approach with minimal time away from the business for participants with maximum impact for learning. Drive the development of Practice Group and Sector specific learning plans in partnership with other L&D providers across the firm
Facilitate learning, face to face and virtually, along with providing facilitation at away days and team sessions
Contribute to the annual budget development and monitoring process maximising utilisation of available funds
Work closely with colleagues within L&D, Leadership, Talent & Performance, D&I (Talent Development) and the wider HR community to identify and influence opportunities to deliver a seamless learning experience.
Use learning metrics and feedback to measure impact and improve learning products and services continuously assessing opportunities to improve provision. Drive the Firm's learning culture to a more learner driven approach
Identify and lead opportunities to align and integrate the values and diversity and inclusion across the learning and development products and services. Experience of designing, developing and embedding high impact, innovative learning solutions to drive business performance and grow capability in an international organisation
High capability of consulting with, engaging and influencing stakeholders
Experience of sourcing and managing external suppliers
Proven organisational and prioritisation skills and a pragmatic approach
Experience of working collaboratively in a high-touch environment, with some exposure to a professional services sector
The ability to make informed judgements in line with the firm's values and behaviours
Strong level of commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels within the organisation
Ability to coach others
Business level written and spoken English is essential
Relevant experience gained within the Legal or Professional Services sector is advantageous
Flexibility regarding the ability to travel to various locations when required

Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato di un anno con possibilità di conferma. RAL commisurata all' esperienza.
