For our client, global specialist in energy management and automation, we are looking for an HR Plant Manager

Scope of the role:

Manages the HR functions within on site (plant, unit..). Works with managers and people on all the HR aspects. In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies.


Main activities:

- Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges
- Manages the people aspect of the SPS
- Coordinates, with the site leader, the resources/ business needs within the framework of the organization.
- Lead the implemantation of change management processes
- Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values.
- Contribute to people development
- Drive learning and development initiatives at site level
- Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity
- Contribute to occupational health
- Responsible for the date accuracy and integrity for the site HR information Systems
