We are looking for an:

HR Organisation and Development

Position summary description:

The ''HR Organisation and Development'' will support the activities related to HR Management in Italy with focus on development of people competences and skills, digital transformation of HR and supporting different business lines in the Operational Excellence process (lean approach and continuous improvement mentality).

Responsibilities:
- Support line managers on employees' engagement on Operational excellence process and initiatives
- Follow employees career development, succession planning, key employee identification and development actions follow up
- Ensure implementation of people processes (policies, procedures, programs and laws)
- Develop of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance

Requirements:

-Minimums 5 years' experience in HR in matrix / international organizations with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar wide lean process experience
- Good Experience and skills in organization learning, change and knowledge management
- Project management experience and structured way of working approach
- Good understanding of organizational policies, procedures and labour laws

- Flexible and dynamic person, being able to work in a continuous changing environment on a multitasking role
- Can-do attitude, problem solving orientation and customer service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills that highlights clear direction with history of internal networking of programs & field information
- Proactivity and ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
-Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft 365 programs.
- Italian mother tongue and excellent English speaking and writing.

The position will be based in Trieste.
