HIL Modelling and Automation Leader

He/ She will be responsible for the following activities/responsibilities:

- Develop and verify HIL hardware and mechanic architecture.
- Develop HIL real time model-based design on Matlab/Simulink.
- Verify HIL closed loop performance.
- Design the HIL loadbox to emulate the system under test.
- Design, develop and manage the Test Automation toolchain.
- Be updated with the state of art HIL solution from suppliers.
- Manage the HIL budget and suppliers sourcing from an engineering perspective.

Key Skills :

- Team leading.
- Effort estimation.
- Experience in HIL Modelling and Test Automation.
- Good Programming skills in Python, CAPL.
- Good knowledge of Vector tools, HW/SW.
- Good knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow.
- Good knowledge of model-based design.
- Good knowledge of Xilinxs FPGA platform.
- Good knowledge of automotive communication bus, as CAN, LIN.
- Experience with dSPACE tools: ControlDesk, AutomationDesk.
- Experience with harness and cabling.


Others Skills:

- good knowledge of electric machines and their operation.
- good knowledge of HV battery systems and DC/DC converter.
- knowledge of power electronics and its operation.
- knowledge of IGBT/MOSFET/SiC/GaN technologies.


Knowledge of:
- Voltage modulation strategies with particular attention to Pulse Width Modulation, Space Vector Modulation, Space Vector based.
- PWM and Digital Pulse Width Modulation.
- Field oriented control for permanent magnet synchronous electric machines.
- Field-weakening strategies for permanent magnets and induction motors.

Education & Former Experience:

Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.

Language:

Fluent English.
