Descrizione

The resource will be part of an international team involved in a customer support activity related to automotive sector. He/she will contribute to manage and update a software platform dedicated, being the front-end interface for different dealers in european countries.
The ideal candidate has a College Degree and at least 1 years experience as help desk support specialized in multilingual environments. The fluency (verbal and written) in one of required languages (German, Flemish/Dutch, Polish, French), in addition to English and/or Italian, is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Quick and smart use of computer software and Internet
Ability to operate on digital Content Management Systems
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
Sales and /or customer service experience
Understanding of digital marketing practices
Strong oral and written communications skills
Mother Tongue in one of the required Languages in addition to English and/or Italian fluency.
Additional Languages are a Plus
Ability to learn quickly
Customer orientation
Problem-solving capabilities
Team-worker
Attention to detail
Stress tolerance.
